4 tilapia fillets (6 oz.)
2 tablespoons honey
14 cup extra-virgin olive oil 4 limes, thinly sliced 2 ears corn, shucked 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
salt kosher
black pepper, freshly ground


Preheat the grill to high. Cut four 12″ long sheets of foil.

Place a piece of tilapia on top of each piece of foil. Brush tilapia with honey and serve with lime, corn, and cilantro on the side. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.

To completely cover the food mixture, fold each foil pack crosswise over. Seal the top and bottom edges by rolling them together.

Grill for 15 minutes, or until the tilapia is cooked through and the corn is tender
