4 lobster tails
seasoned with salt and pepper
1/4 cup melted butter
3 minced garlic cloves
paprika, 1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon minced thyme
1 teaspoon minced rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped parsley


Preheat the oven to broil, or 500°F. Begin by prepping the lobster. Butterfly the tail by cutting down the center with kitchen shears.

Pull the lobster meat upward by loosening the meat. Season the meat with salt and pepper and place it on a baking sheet.

Whisk together the melted butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and parsley in a small bowl. Distribute evenly on each lobster tail.

Broil the lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and the top is lightly browned. If desired, top with melted butter.
